About this coffee:

Only fully ripe cherries are hand-selected before flotation removes less dense and defective fruit. The cherries undergo 48 hours of fermentation in barrels, developing sweetness and tropical fruit character.

The coffee is dried first on raised beds, then go through machine drying, combined a total of 10 days. This carefully controlled process creates a vibrant cup with bright tropical fruit, creamy sweetness and geisha delicacy.
