About this coffee:
Only ripe cherries are hand picked. This guarantees the removal of green, overripe and dry cherries. Then it will go through floating to remove low-density cherries and impurities.
Ferment for 24 hours and ferment again with passion fruit for 72 hours in a food-grade container. After the second fermentation, the coffee was dried for 76 hours at an average temperature of 40C.
